Tamara “Tam” Robinson (she/they) is an organizational development consultant, coach, labor leader and activist with nearly 20 years of experience in movement. Tam began her labor career as an organizer with AFSCME and went on to serve in senior leadership roles at SEIU Healthcare’s Committee of Interns and Residents and 1199 UHE’s Training and Employment Funds. In addition to her work within her own practice, Tamara is a Principal Consultant with Imagine Us, consults and coaches with progressive non-profit organizations navigating staff unionization, and is a former Senior Extension Associate at the Worker Institute at Cornell University’s ILR School.

Tam holds a BA in Sociology from Wellesley College, an MA in Labor Studies from the City University of New York, and multiple leadership development, coaching, and OD credentials from Cornell University, the University of Minnesota, and Loyola University Maryland. She resides in Baltimore, MD and enjoys making radical zines, reading, and making pottery.
